How long do you take to send my article?
Once you place an order, we email you confirming we have received it. Please allow 1 working day for us to dispatch your order. We email you again once your item is on its way. If you have ordered several items and wish to group them in one delivery, please email us at email@example.com See table below for estimated time of shipping.
How will I know my item has been shipped?
Once your order has been processed, and if you wish, we send you a tracking number. Please note that import, sales taxes and duties vary, according to the country and the value of the order. They are the client’s responsibility and are not included in our pricing.
If your chosen article is out of stock, please do contact us, as some articles may be pre-ordered. You will receive your item within 6-8 weeks, the time needed for it to be produced, hand-finished and shipped – especially for you! Please note you will be charged upon ordering.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Within Portugal, our parcels are sent by CTT by registered mail with receipt for delivery and can be tracked.

Your orders will be shipped and delivered by DHL Express, who deliver within 1-2 days to the above destinations.

Your orders will be shipped and delivered by DHL Express, who deliver within 2-3 days to the above destinations.
Canada, United States of America and Rest of the World
Your orders will be shipped and delivered by DHL Express, who deliver within 5 days to each destination.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday during office hours. Please note that we do not deliver to P.O Boxes.
We pass on all shipping and delivery charges at cost and these will be added to your invoice.
Excluding Portugal, your orders will be shipped and delivered by DHL Express, a premium service that delivers within 5 days to each destination. The service includes export clearance services from point of exit (Portugal) only. Marina Yglesias Jewelry is not liable for any customs duties payable at the destination.
Please note that we are not liable for any customs and excise duties, or local policies. These are the sole responsibility of the buyer, even if the package is refused on arrival and returned to our company address. Any costs incurred will be charged to the client.
Remote and Extended areas surcharge. A Remote Area is defined as a post code or, in the absence of post code, a suburb/town name that is difficult to serve. For Import Express shipments, a pickup from one of the same post codes and towns would attract a Remote Area surcharge. You can check out if these apply to you here – please note we are not responsible for updating this list. The Remote and Extended areas surcharge is 20€ per delivery.
We pass on all shipping and delivery charges at cost, as provided to us by the delivery company and these will be added to your invoice, based on the minimum parcel weight – a box of up to 1 kg.
