Ordering Online & Payment
So that your shopping experience on this website is safe, simple and secure, all transactions are processed using the most common accepted bank payments or PayPal – one of the most secure payment platforms in the world. Items on sale must be paid by PayPal.
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. We reserve the right not to accept your order, including but not limited to payment problems and product availability.
Cancelling an Order
You can cancel any order, if it has not yet been shipped. Send us an email and the cancellation will be free of charge. If cancellation is not possible, the products will be delivered, and the customer will be able to exchange them but not return them.
You can receive a store credit for your purchase price. However, if our tests prove that the items have already been used or altered (except for adaptation purposes), we will not take them back. The items will be sent back to the customer and return shipping and delivery costs will not be borne by Marina Yglesias Jewelry. We are not responsible for returned items lost in the mail or at customs, so please use your tracking information. Always send your invoice and order number with the exchange. If an exchange item is shipped internationally, we are not responsible for any charges imposed on packages returned by customs. After receiving the items, wait 1 to 7 business days for logistics. You will receive a store credit of your purchase price before shipping costs, once the item has been returned in its original condition.
We are proud of our quality and craftsmanship and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We offer a full 14-day refund and exchange policy, minus the original shipping costs. Sale, clearance items or earrings are not refundable.
To arrange a return just email email@example.com providing your name, address, product details, the reason for the return and whether you require a refund or exchange. Your refund will be issued within 28 days of receipt of return.
The item’s return and cost are your responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend that you use a trackable delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit and we will not refund any taxes or duties payable on orders outside of the EU.
Important notice: All items to be returned must be carefully re-packaged in their original Marina Yglesias Jewelry packaging and be in an unworn condition. We do not exchange goods that have been worn or damaged or do not have their original packaging. In these cases, items will be returned at the buyer’s own cost.
Late or Lost Deliveries
If your order is returned to us because the courier or postal service could not complete the delivery to you for whatever reason, then you will be responsible for the repeat delivery costs. If your delivery has been delayed, then please contact us.
Marina Yglesias Jewelry only sells items in perfect condition, that were carefully checked before sale. However, should you receive a defective article, please contact us. For repairs, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
