How do I order online?

When you have decided upon an item to buy, choose the gemstone and size (if applicable) and then click on the ADD TO CART button. Your article will be added to your Shopping Cart, and the small number on the top right-hand corner will indicate the number of items in your Cart.

To see your Shopping Cart at any time just click on the SHOPPING CART icon on the top right-hand corner of the site.

Once you are ready to finalize your order, just go to SHOPPING CART and click Check Out to pay.

Important: articles in your SHOPPING CART are not set aside and saved for you. They may be bought by another customer.

Does your website feature all the available metal, gemstones and sizes?

Yes, all available items are shown on our website. Do check our website regularly for all the news.

What payment methods do you accept?

So that your shopping experience on this website is safe, simple and secure, all transactions are processed using PayPal, Visa, American Express or Mastercard. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. We reserve the right not to accept your order, including but not limited to payment problems and product availability.

Will I have to pay any customs or duties on top of my order?

Our articles are shipped to you from the European Union and no customs duties apply to orders delivered within the European Union. We are not responsible for any taxes or duties that may be incurred on orders to countries outside the European Union and these are not included in the pricing.

What if my item is out of stock?

If an item is out of stock, there will be a notice “Out of Stock” on the product page. For some items, if your chosen article is out of stock, you can pre-order it.

If you restock with my article, can you keep it for me and let me know?

Unfortunately, we cannot provide you with this type of alerts. But do sign up to our regular newsletter on our home page for the latest news. Also, stocks may come back, as some items are returned. So do check our website regularly for all the news.

How will I know my order has gone through?

You will receive emails from us, all with your Order Reference Number. Keep this on hand for any contact with Marina Yglesias Jewelry.

  • Order Received and On Hold: an email to let you know that we’ve received your order request, and that your order is on-hold until we confirm payment has been received.
  • Order Processed: once your payment has come through, your order is confirmed and your contract to purchase has taken place. Your order is now being processed.
  • Order Completed.
  • Order Dispatched – if you ask for: this email will include tracking information for your parcel. The average shipping times are detailed here.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes – but only if you’re quick! If your article is in stock, we prepare your order immediately we receive payment. Therefore, you will have a limited time, in which to change or cancel your order. Please email us immediately at info@marinayglesiasjewelry.com and we’ll let you know as soon as possible whether you are still in time and, if so, what to do.

SHIPPING, DELIVERY AND RETURNS

How long do you take to send my article?

Once you place an order, we will send you an email confirming we have received it. Once payment is received by us, please allow 1 working day for us to dispatch your order and we email you again so that you know your item is on its way.

Who do you use for shipping?

We use CTT for Portugal and DHL Express for the Rest of the World.
All shipping costs are added to your invoice.
We are not liable for damage incurred to goods in transit or for non-delivery. You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered once they have been dispatched to you. Once goods have been delivered to you, they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.

Do I need to sign for my order delivery?

All orders will require a signature on delivery. Should no one be available at the address you indicated, our courier company will leave a card with instructions on how to pick up your parcel.

Late or Lost Deliveries and Return to Sender

If your order is returned to us because the courier or postal service could not complete the delivery to you for whatever reason, then you will be responsible for the repeat delivery costs. If your delivery has been delayed, then please contact us at info@marinayglesiasjewelry.com and we will work with you and the shipping company to understand what occurred.

What do I do if the article I just received is damaged or faulty?

We are proud of our quality and craftsmanship and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We offer a full 14-day refund and exchange policy, minus our original shipping costs. Sale, clearance items or earrings are not refundable. Should your particular item no longer be available, we will give you the option for a refund or we will issue a voucher for that amount for future purchase (for the same value).

To arrange a return just email info@marinayglesiasjewelry.com providing your name, address, product details, the reason for the return and whether you require a refund or a voucher. Your refund will be issued by the same method that you paid, within 28 days of receipt of return.

Important notice: All items to be returned must be carefully re-packaged in their original Marina Yglesias packaging and be in an unworn condition. We do not exchange goods that have been worn or damaged or do not have their original packaging. In these cases, items will be returned at the buyer’s own cost.
The item’s return and cost are your responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend that you use a trackable delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit and we will not refund any taxes or duties payable on orders outside of the EU.

How Can I use a promo code or special offer code?

It’s really simple – just add the code to the PROMO CODE box on your Shopping Cart page and click CONFIRM.
Please note that certain Terms & Conditions apply to Promo and Special Offer codes:

  • Codes are non-transferable, only one can be used for each transaction and they cannot be used together with other gift vouchers or special offers. We do not offer a partial or total cash alternative to them.
  • They are only valid on full price articles (i.e. not on sale items).
  • All special offers are subject to availability and to change in terms and conditions without prior notice.
  • For limited time offers, orders must be received before 23:59 GMT on the closing date.
  • To pay for your promo code or special offers items, just follow the normal check-out process. You can either continue as a guest and place your order or create an online MY account with us. This will speed up future checkouts by saving your delivery and payment details – safely, of course. As an existing MY customer, you will be able to log into your account.

CARING FOR YOUR MARINA YGLESIAS JEWELRY

What are Marina Yglesias Jewelry items made of?

Unless otherwise indicated, all our items are handcrafted from the highest quality brass, in Jaipur, India and then plated in 18KT or 22KT gold. They are then either carefully brushed or highly polished. Our gemstones are also ethically sourced and custom casted in India. All these specialist finishings help to make each Marina Yglesias piece truly unique.

Jewelry, metals, precious or semi-precious stones are delicate and easily damaged. We recommend you store your jewelry away from direct sunlight, humidity and extreme temperatures. Some settings also become loose over time. Keep a soft pouch to store your jewelry separately. A soft, clean cloth is all you need to clean your items – just rub them gently.

Important: the following items may damage your jewelry and should not be in contact with them, as the colour may change: alcohol-based gels or other products, perfumes, hairspray, moisturizer, make up, perspiration, household cleaning products, chlorine and salt. Do not wear jewelry when swimming, exercising, bathing or showering.
